Elated, she shook my hand and went on tell me her story. "You know what? About 7 years ago this Dietitian Taught My Husband about Diet and Heart Health during a Class for Those Recovering from Heart Surgery. She Saved His Life!" I started to laugh... "That Could Very Well have been Me?" Turns out, she was an RN who was now recreating her career in the Optical Industry.
